Socio-economic conditions such as illiteracy, prevent the participation of women into running for public office, and even voting. An educated person is more likely to be informed of his rights, freedom and choices which makes him aware about the society and the challenges it faces.

By bridging gaps in education, women can be encouraged towards new opportunities in administration. This visualization defines the positive change that has happened over a decade. Both women employment and the participation of women in the political system has shown improvement.
